Master Stylist
Brittany Spear is pleased to be apart of the Designer’s Edge family. Mrs. Spear was recently married in 2018. She has won Coastal Styles Best Hairstylist in 2018, and 2019. Brittany has been professionally employed in the hair industry since she was 14 years old and specializes in women’s hair solely. She started as a receptionist and worked her way up to management in her beauty career. Brittany has over 15 years of experience and has studied hair extensively with Wella, Matrix, Redken, Organic Colour Systems, O&M, TIGI, and Schwarzkopf educators. She is also certified in Brazilian Blowout treatments. She is also a licensed makeup artist and received her education from Chesapeake school of esthetics in 2006. Mrs. Spear continues to further her education by taking professional cosmetology classes in order to give modern technical results to each client. In addition to her passion for the beauty industry she is also passionate about music. Brittany is a classically trained vocalist and was employed at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church as the music director and praise band leader. She has received vocal training from Carnegie Mellon University, Shenandoah University, and Salisbury University. She received her bachelor of arts degree in vocal performance from Salisbury University in 2013, and has taught music at a local private school.
