Lori Twilley
Master Stylist
Lori Twilley has been part of the Designer’s Edge team since 1993 as a Hair Stylist. Over the years, she has built a wealth of knowledge by attending educational classes in New York, DC, and Chicago. Due to her outstanding performance and perfected techniques, Lori earned trips to the International Hair Shows in London and Germany. Lori has extensive product knowledge training in Wella, Sebastian, Pureology, Graham Webb, and Sexy Hair Concepts. Lori is also certified to in the Bio Ionic™ Hair Straightening System as well as the Brazilian Blowout™. Lori has earned additional certification as a Graham Webb Educator and trainer for Wella and Illumina color and hair care lines. Lori has achieved our salons highest level of recognition as Master Stylist and is also our Apprenticeship Program Coordinator/Educator.
Sherrie Thomas
Salon Coordinator & Master Stylist
Sherrie Thomas has been a Stylist since 1988 and has trained in such places as Washington, D.C., Baltimore, New York City, Chicago, and London. She has had hands on training with Graham Webb, Wella and Illumina hair care lines. Sherrie specializes in color techniques, multi-colors, perming, foil highlights, corrective color, creative haircuts and styles, Amazon Straightening System, and the Brazilian Blowout™. As a Master Stylist, she is also up to date on all of the latest trends.

When I was a little girl, I used to play “beauty shop” in my grandmother’s basement. My grandmother used to tell me that when I grew up, I would have a beauty shop for real and it would be all mine. She taught me not to be afraid of my dreams, to put my faith in God, and that through hard work and determination I would succeed. Forty years later, that dream has become a reality not only for myself, but for my family as well, and Designer’s Edge was born. Together we have faced the challenges presented to us and accepted the rewards of owning a business. I credit my success not only to my grandmother who gave me vision, but also to you our valued clients, for your continued patronage and for allowing us to be a part of your lives.
